After buying my own home, I felt drawn to the real estate industry. I started off as a mortgage broker, assisting clients with refinance and purchase loans. Over the years, I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their dream of home ownership; many of whom had fair to poor credit. With a little guidance and coaching, those same people now qualify for much better loans and their credit profiles have greatly improved.
As a REALTOR, my goal is to guide people through the entire process with as little stress and anxiety as possible. Whether buying or selling a home, I will commit myself to achieving your objectives within your timeframe.
In my spare time you will find me spending time with my two Labs, Biko and Bailey. Whether it's hiking, swimming or showshoeing, we like to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer.

I am a Colorado native and a graduate of CSU. I practically grew up in the real estate industry. Following in my mother's footsteps, I started my real estate career working for Land Title, gaining a terrific amount of knowledge in the process. I joined the Hansford Team over two years ago and have increased my expertise over a broader spectrum.
As Transaction Coordinator, my primary responsibility is to make sure that the process is smooth from contract to closing. I work as a liaison between all parties in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, title representatives, lenders and agents. It's my goal to make sure that everything runs as stress free as possible for our clients. |
