Today we’re going to talk about what to do if you’re having plumbing issues in your home and what you can do to fix things without completely ripping up your walls and costing you a fortune.

We are currently having repiping specialists fix a client’s leaky plumbing, which you can see in the video above. The current plastic pipes have been the subject of many class action lawsuits, so today we’re going inside to show you what the repair process looks like.

The fittings onto the valve under the sink are often the cause of many failures. We’re going to run new pipe to all the sinks, toilets, and showers, and make small holes in the drywall in order to insert that newer, sturdier plumbing.

Once the repair is complete, you’ll

never even know that it was made.

Once the repair is complete, you’ll never even know that it was made, as you can also see in the video above. A simple cutout of the drywall and replacement is very simple and works well.

The new line came in through the basement, all of the piping is new, and we also installed a pressure regulator in the main line to protect from any work down the road.

If you have any questions for us about your plumbing or about anything else related to buying or selling a home in the Denver real estate market, don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
